Fundador Sherry Cask Fine is a historic Brandy de Jerez, renowned as Spain’s first marketed brandy. Crafted in the prestigious bodegas of Andalucia, this classic spirit is gracefully aged in traditional oak casks that previously held fine sherry, utilising the time-honoured solera system. Bottled at 36% ABV, it possesses a radiant, deep amber colour.

The nose reveals elegant aromas of roasted nuts, sweet vanilla, and rich caramel, mingled with subtle oak and dried fruit. On the palate, it is exceptionally smooth and balanced, delivering warming flavours of sultanas, toffee, and toasted almond, wrapped in a gentle oaky richness. The finish is pleasant and enduring, fading softly with lingering notes of sweet sherry and mellow wood spice.
