Produced in a former monk's retreat in the small Spanish fishing town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, Gin Mare ‘Colección de Autor’ is a true distillation of the Mediterranean spirit. This exceptional, artisanal gin stands apart from traditional London Dry styles by championing a uniquely savoury and herbaceous botanical profile.
At its core are four star Mediterranean ingredients: Spanish Arbequina olives, Italian sweet basil, Turkish thyme, and Greek rosemary. To ensure absolute purity of flavour, each botanical is macerated and distilled individually before being masterfully blended with classic elements like juniper, coriander, and cardamom, alongside a custom blend of sweet and bitter oranges and local lemons.
On the nose, it is immediately transportive, offering fragrant waves of piney juniper interwoven with fresh rosemary and a distinct hint of black olive.
