This Albarino showcases an intense yellow colour, exuding a citrus aroma with hints of apple, grapefruit, and milky notes, underscored by a mineral essence. The palate reveals an unctuous, fleshy texture with a delightful mineral finish. Hand-harvested in 16 kg crates, the grapes are pressed without added sulfites and undergo temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. After malolactic fermentation and six months of lees ageing, this wine emerges as the winery's flagship. It embodies the essence of pure granite, shaped by Atlantic winds and a sun-drenched vineyard, enhanced by the complexities of malolactic fermentation, making it a true reflection of its terroir!
