Founded in 1975 and managing fifteen hectares of prime vineyard land, the estate is committed to traditional, terroir focused winemaking practices that highlight the purity of the fruit. The Les Chalumaux vineyard is perfectly situated just below the famous Truffieres site, benefiting from superb limestone soils that bring a brilliant mineral tension to the Chardonnay grapes. The 2022 vintage yielded beautifully ripe fruit, allowing the Pascal family to craft a wine of exceptional depth and focus.

In the glass, this prestigious wine reveals a bright pale gold colour with luminous green highlights. The aromatic profile is complex and alluring, opening with delicate floral notes of acacia. As it breathes, the bouquet expands to reveal generous layers of white peach, crisp orchard fruit and lively lemon zest, perfectly integrated with warm hints of toasted hazelnut, subtle baking spice and creamy vanilla derived from judicious oak ageing.

On the palate, it delivers a masterclass in balance and refinement. The texture is luxuriously silky and mouth coating, yet it remains incredibly vibrant thanks to a driving, crystalline acidity. Rich flavours of nectarine and citrus oil are beautifully framed by a distinct, chalky minerality that is the true hallmark of its noble site. The finish is remarkably long, savoury and persistent.
