RON ZACAPA Solera Gran Reserva Guatemalan Rum Bottle (70cl) 40%abv

Description

Ron Zacapa is a world-renowned Guatemalan producer, celebrated for its unique "Sistema Solera" ageing process conducted 2,300 metres above sea level in the "House Above the Clouds." This Gran Reserva is a masterful blend of rums aged between six and twenty-three years, crafted using virgin sugar cane honey rather than molasses for exceptional richness.

The nose is a decadent masterpiece, offering aromas of sweet caramel, toasted oak, and a hint of dried fruits. On the palate, it delivers an incredibly smooth and full-bodied experience; layers of butterscotch, vanilla, and warm cinnamon mingle with subtle notes of roasted coffee and dark chocolate. The finish is remarkably long and sophisticated, leaving a lingering, sweet spice satisfaction. This is a quintessential luxury rum, perfect for slow, contemplative sipping or as a base for an opulent cocktail.
