This extraordinary 7,000-litre vessel, inspired by underwater techniques, submerges barrels within wine to maintain total humidity and zero oxygen.
An expert blend of equal parts Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Caladoc and Viognier all from the exceptional terroirs of the Rhone Valley. The palate invites aromas of blackcurrants, dried blueberries and a slightly saline finish.
